What we do

 

In the follo­wing you will find an over­view of all acti­vi­ties and tasks we under­ta­ke as an association.

Our tasks & activities

We coll­ect dona­ti­ons and forward them for the work on site. Our asso­cia­ti­on orga­ni­zes the sale of Christ­mas and bazaar artic­les and olive oil from the Holy Land. We repre­sent the work of Lifegate at events such as church congres­ses and to the many part­ners and support­ers in Germa­ny. We give lectures in church congre­ga­ti­ons, adult educa­ti­on centres and in schools as well as on all kinds of occasions.

We submit grant appli­ca­ti­ons to major donor orga­ni­sa­ti­ons such as Stern­stun­den e.V., Mise­re­or, the Fede­ral Minis­try for Econo­mic Coope­ra­ti­on, the Kinder­mis­si­ons­werk (carol singers) and many more.

Many asso­cia­ti­on members and other volun­teers help and contri­bu­te in many ways to the sustainable deve­lo­p­ment of Lifegate Beit Jala.
